Everyone knows about Google Doodles by now, but that fact doesn’t make the experience of discovering the new Google Doodle any less fun. Earlier today, when I woke up, the first thing I saw on my screen was today’s Doodle, which is a tribute to guitar legend (among other things) Les Paul.
Born Lester William Polsfuss on the 9th of June in 1915, Les Paul is best known for the solid-body electric guitar. Enthusiasts will tell you that this guitar is what made the sound we know and love as rock ‘n roll possible.
